How do I clear cache?

My computer has been running a little slow when I access the Internet. I
have been told that it will run faster if I clear my cache, but I have not
been able to find the menu for doing this. I click START >CONTROL PANEL, but
I don't know which icon to click after that. How do I clear the cache from
my computer?
