how do I chose another programme to open picture attacments

I use Photo Explorer 8 tfor all my photograph work

Since loading this programme or since changing to XP - not sure which - I
cannot open pictures I am sent in my emails

When I click on an attachment that is a JPEG it opens Photo explorer opens
in a temporary internet file but does not show the pic

SO I want to change the 'editor' that opens these picteres to another of my
photo programmes

Can someone help me please

happy for you to use my (e-mail address removed) account in preference

Dear Dafanie,

select a JPEG file in your file system, right mouseclick/"Open with.." and
active here the flag: "always open with this program" and select here
another (not Photo Explorer 8) to open JPEG files.

After you changed this default setting, all JPEG files will be open with
this new default program, alsoJPEGs that are stored in Outlook.
