If the company server allows it to be accessed from outside the company, an
Outlook software at home could access and download again as long as you
leave your messages on your server.
Or why not program with rules the Outlook at work to send a copy of every
email received to your home address (works if someone opens your office
Outlook when you are away).
There are probably other ways to go depending on your set up
