How do I check my Windows Mail Email from another computer?

How do I check my Windows Mail Email from an outside computer, such as the
library? I do not use Outlook Express, I use Windows Mail. Do I need to go
through my IP (Comcast)? Please advise. Thank you!!!

Windows Mail is the new name for Outlook Express and is not covered here in
this forum. However--Comcast should have a web access mail site that you can
use when away from your computer. Look at their support site for the address.
Then just use a browser to access your mail.
