I have problem in with email links, web page links, and page numbers. They
are appearing differently on my machine, but the same is different on the
other machines and printouts

Exactly what do you mean by "appearing differently"?

You might be seeing field codes instead of field results. If you see things
like {PAGE} or {HYPERLINK "some stuff"}, those are the field codes. Go to
Tools > Options > Print and uncheck the "Field codes" box.

If the difference is formatting of some kind (color, bold, etc.), tell us
exactly what you see and how it differs from what you expect.

There are two different "field codes" options, one on the Print tab of
the Options dialog and the other on the View tab. The Print tab one
controls whether the codes appear in the printed page, and the View
tab one controls whether they appear on the screen. They're
independent of each other, so if you don't want to see the codes
anywhere you have to uncheck both of them.
