Why are borders larger in print preview than normal page view



Suddenly the print preview of a document has very wide margins when the
normal page view has the normal margins which are set correctly in Page Setup?




You don't mention the version of Word you are using but I believe this
problem is due to "Balloons" being activated in Track Changes dialog under
Tools, Options.
Change the "Use Balloons" to Never and hopefully this extra width should
