How Do I Change The Time?

I am sending messages and my friends are emailing back and telling me that
I've sent at a time that has'nt happend yet. So can someone please help me.
 
Change your computer time and make sure your time zone is correct.
Click on the clock in the right side of the Taskbar.
Click on "Change Date and Time settings"
