How do I change the size of cells dynamically in Excel?

A client wants the cell size to change dynamically when typing in it. This is
not the same as wrapping. They want the cell size to change.
 
Format>Row>Autofit

Format>Column>Autofit Selection.

Both of these require you to have wrap text enabled.
