How do I change the junk email folder name?

I have seen several references to being able to select which folder junk
email is sent to, but cannot see any guide as to how to do this.
I want to have Outlook and IMF send junk email to separate locations to
track which settings to adjust to achieve exactly the results dsired by a
customer.
We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

you'd need to use rules in outlook AFAIK. Why not add the SCL field to the
view - higher numbers were moved by imf. see
