How do I change the font of incomming e-mail?

I have a user, an older gentleman, who would like his incomming e-mail to be
a larger font, so he can read it.

Which e-mail option setting would accomplish this?

mail format, fonts to change the size of plain text messages. you can
control html in a limited fashion from this dialog but in most cases, need
to change the text size in IE.

In general, the fonts someone will see are those chosen by the sender. For
Plain Text messages, the recipient can control the font displayed in the
Reading Pane. There are some other settings that may help, but how to set
them depends somewhat on which version of Outlook the gentleman is using.
