how do i change the default directory in Outlook?

I do not use the My Documents Directory. The bulk of the files I save are
kept on a server drive which is backed up daily. I wish Outlook to default to
this server directory when I am saving. Outlook 2003.

One way is to change the definition of "My Documents" so that it points to
