How do i change the color of the subject line in e-mail?

I would like to change the colour of the subject line of my outgoing e-mails
in Outlook 2003. Marking it High Importance is not enough.
How do I go about it?

that is a client setting and you cannot change how your emails look in
other's mailboxes.
