How do I change the background?

I am using front page 2003 and inherited a theme. I have recently upgraded
from front page 1998 and the background now has horizontal lines that look
like a tv from the 1950s. What is causing this issue and how can I change
it? I do not know programming. Thank you, Katie Fisher

Would it be using some theme that is now not availaable in FP2003? Maybe
you need to re-apply the theme in FP2003....or use a different theme.

Without seeing a sample page of what you're getting, it's hard to tell.

The site is: mrlaw.com You can see on the homepage that it is sort of graph
like. I have never worked with Themes. I went to the theme and looked for
the background but did not find anything. I will look again today. I
