How do I change my read receipt language to English?

My read receipts have always been in English language. But somehow, this
week, every read receipt i receive is in Thai. Please help me set it back to
English.
 
Odd, I think the language of the receipt is set by the sender. Are they
coming from Thai users?
 
Yes. All Thai. But how come they've just changed into Thai this week. Why not
be Thai since the first day that i turn on Read Receipt function?
