how do i change my "from" address that others see in my emails?

I use 2 email accounts with Outlook 2002. I would like my messages that I
send to others to be sent from my 2nd email account. Right now they are sent
from my hotmail account, but I'd like to change that to my new account.

Please help.
 
Make the new acct the default by going to Tools, Accounts, new acct, Set as
Default. Make sure your new acct is a pop mail acct that can use Outlook and
don't delete the Hotmail acct. You cannot use Outlook with new Hotmail accts.
Only old Hotmail accts work.
