how do i change from color to black and white?

I need to print out a document with pictures, but first I need to change form
color to black and white, can anyone tell me how?

there usually is a setting either in Word's printer dialog, or (one step
further) in the printer driver itself to print b/w ("all colors to black").

In the Print dialog box, click the Properties button.
In the window that opens, click the Paper/Quality tab. Under Color, select
the Black & White button.
Click OK twice.
