The forum is for MS Word not Excel.
You may get a better answer if you post in the approporaite Excel forum.
From my knowledge of Exel there is no easy way of changing Case, probably
someone on the Exel forum has a macro that can do it.
What you could do, if the Excel spreadsheet is not too complex, is paste the
text into word, then use the Format, Change Case function to change the text
to whichever format you wish.
Also note that in many Microsoft applications - BUT note Excel but including
Word - Shift+F3 will toggle the Case from All Caps, No Caps, Initial Caps.
Or why not send the document back to the sender asiking them to do the
changes as you don't like being shouted at ;-)
