How do I change All Capitals Text to normal Text

I have been sent an EXCEL Document which has been made up in ALL CAPITALS.

Is there any way I change change this text to normal text.

A VBA guru could write you a macro to do that, but try this simpler
approach:
Copy and paste the entire text of the XL document into Word. It will paste
as a table. Select the entire table and click Format, Change Case (in W'07,
click the Aa button on the Font section of the Home ribbon). Select the case
you want, copy and paste the text back into the XL spreadsheet.
