How do I centralize week numbers configuration ?

How can I centralize for all my end users in Outlook the way "week numbers"
are ?

At the moment end users have 3 different ways to choose from Outlook and in
a large enviroment if everyone uses different ways of week numbering isn't
comfortable.

group policy if they are prone to change it on their own, otherwise a logon
script to make the change once.

The reg key is
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar\FirstWOY
0 = Jan 1
1 = 4 day week
2 = full week

change the version# to match your version.
