How do I cause hyperlinks clicked in emails to open a new window?

I am using outlook 2003 and when I click a hyperlink in an email it goes to
the last window used in internet explorer. I would like to set it so that it
always opens in a new window instead. I haven't been able to find where to
make this setting.

Any help appreciated.

outlook 2003 should always use a new window... the new browser window
settings in IE's tools, options, advanced shouldn't affect outlook.

FYI - I unchecked the box in IE tools, options, advanced, Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts

Now it works like I wanted it to, so Thanks, and apparently it did affect
Outlook.

I wonder if they snuck it into sp1... I never reuse windows, so wouldn't
have noticed the change.
