How do I boot from SCSI

T

Terry

I have an Adaptic AHA-2940W SCSI card and a SCSI wide drive.

As it stands now, I can boot from it, but I have to press enter after
it trys to boot from CD and I get a boot failure.

If I disable "boot from CD" I get a boot failure and it doesn't
continue. I have to restart.

My mobo is P4SCT and it's manual is here:
http://www.supermicro.com/support/manuals/index.cfm

TIA

bios boot sequence (and the bios of the scsi card) need to be set to boot from 'other' or
'scsi'
