How do I block Gmail calendar from appearing on my outlook?

I have people email me a calendar appointment from their G-Mail account and
it appears in my outlook. How do I block this?

Umm don't open the attached appointment?
 
You'll need to delete it from your inbox or set up rules to delete all
messages from that sender.
