How do I Block all traffic except RDP traffic to Terminal Server

We have a terminal server that is accessible when a user creates a VPN to our ISA Server. Now RRAS has an IP Packet filter for RDP traffic on port 3389 but if I enable this filter to block all traffic except the RDP traffic then they can't connect to the terminal server but if I allow ANY protocol, ANY source Port or type and ANY Destination Port or Code it works fine

What other ports are required to establish a remote desktop session to a terminal server?

Thanks for replying Vera but neither article shows me how to do what I require. What I really need to know is what is required to create a remote desktop connection to a terminal server. It was my understanding that all that is required was port 3389 but this is obviously not the case.
