How do I block a sender in Outlook 2000?

lyIs it possible to complete block a sender in Outlook 2000 and not just have
it come through to a Junk Folder? It's not a spammer but rather someone we
know that we do not want to receive email from anymore and would like their
email to bounce back to them. Thanks,

You can create a Rules Wizard rule to permanently delete that person's messages.
