How do I block a particular sender from ever landing another e-ma.

I have some A-Hole that wont leave me alone. I have tried to unsubscribe
several times. Perhaps their is a federal agency that I can report this
spammer to after i block any further e-mails
 
If you try and unsubscribe then this just tells them your mail address is
valid. Add the address to your junk mailor create a rule to automatically
delete the email when it arrives
