This is how I do it. I have OutBack Plus utility program
from AJ Systems installed on both computers. I back up
Outlook from my main computer to the second. Then, I open
OutBack Plus on my second computer and do a restore. Perfect!

If you don't want to complicate matters by turning this process over to a
third party utility, just copy your Outlook data file and set the other
configuration to use it. The file you need to back up is your Personal
Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are
stored.
