Thanks... Ok.. I've read about NOT using the export or import and just
copying the PST files and the PAB files to a location on the new computer..
is this true?? All I need to do is a copy and paste?? or do I need to Export
then Import?
Please advise>>> Thanks

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
Never use export and import. Just follow the instructions. You copy the PST
file, but not into the default directory. You want to make sure never to
overwrite another PST file. You then open the file in Outlook to access or
reuse it.
If you were actually using a separate PAB file (you probably were not), you
should migrate it to your Contacts Folder. Method will depend on which
version of Outlook you will now be using (hopefully not Outlook 2007 since
backwards compatibility for PAB's has finally been dropped). There are some
extra instructions on that here: http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/olconpab.htm
