Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
If your "contacts" list is in MS Access and not Outlook, then please
check back.
I am not sure about CD writer but on some really secure network,
Administrator can prohibit the use of USB drive by Windows (Group?) policy.
With the size of USB thumb drive nowadays (4 GB and possibly 8 GB), a lot of
data can be copied from the main data server.
If you do need to copy (legally), then you should contact your network
administrator for permission.
