how do i back up hot fixes for reinstall

i would like to burn all the hot fix programs so i dont
have to download them all again but i can only find them
in add and remove programs help please

You can't do this from the files on your computer. However, if you go to
Windows Update and look on the left for a link to Windows Update
Catalog, you can find all the various updates, download them, and then
burn them to cd-r.
