How do i back up all of my autocorrect settings to disk

Okay, i use my autocorrect feature all day, every day, and i have lost
everything on my computer recently, so i am still trying to put them back in.
Can't i just save word to disk, so i never lose them again? Also, when i
try to go into my program files to select word so i can save it to disk,
there are a million little files in there, and i don't know which one to
select. I don't want to save them all because i don't know how much memory
these disks have.

If you have Word 2003 or earlier, use the AutoCorrect.dot file from
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm.

If it's Word 2007, use the AutoCorrect2007.dotm file from
http://jay-freedman.info.

In either case, you use different macros in the same file to do the backup
and to do the restore. The backup is a single Word document that you can
copy to another disk for safekeeping.
