My pst file is 1.5 gig file. I don't want to backup the huge file
every week. How can I backup only the new email I have receive this
last week? thanks.

I don't think there is an easy way to do this. I would AutoArchive old
mail, then only back up the remaining mail in the PST file. It would
need to be compacted to get any smaller after the archive.

Or try a professional backup tool such as Acronis True Image (Home); it
has some incremental backup capabilities, as well as Outlook
integration. I have never used it, so you need to investigate yourself
about its capabilities.

The pst is a 'complete' data file, having it open within OL means the
attribute is changed, so the entire file is backed up with each backup run.
I dont believe there is any method of backing up new mail in a pst
