How do I avoid need to confirm deletion of a block

Currently I must confirm delition of words or blocked items... Is there a way
to 'turn off" this requirement as Word is currently set up?
 
In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the two
boxes for WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.
