How do I automatically increment dates such as birthdays?

viz: This year 29th birthday next year 30th birthday. I know how to do
repeating, but not automatic incrementing.

In the contact record for that person, enter their date of birth and Outlook
will automatically add a yearly recurring calendar event for that day. It
won't, however, give you a cardinal number for the birthdate anniversary.
