"How do I automatically delete the mail going to the Junk Sender's
List in Microsoft Outlook?"

Mail doesn't "go to the Junk Sender's list". Outlook 2003 can direct
incoming juank mail to a "Junk E-mail" folder, however, and you can create a
"Blocked Senders" list. What exactly do you mean?
