how do i attach file to calendar entry

I would like more information input on each calendar entry and would like to
attach an xcel form
 
Is the Insert | FIle command not working for you?

that requires the person making the calendar entry to insert the file, I want
it to automatically be inserted, anyway to do that any time a calendar entry
is made by anyone? thanks
 
Anyone should be able to attach a file to the entry in their own Calendar folder.

You want the file inserted automatically *when*?

You might want to give us a more detailed description of the scenario you have in mind.
