How do I assign page numbers to multiple worksheets?

I want each worksheet in my spreadsheet to have a page number. Everytime I
insert a page number it gives every worksheet a page number of 1. I have 30
worksheets (tabs) in the document so they should be numbered 1-30.
 
Hi BMO

Select all your sheets first (right click in a a sheet tab "select all sheets"
Print
Ungroup the sheets(right click in a a sheet tab "ungroup sheets"
 
If you select "entire workbook" in the print menu, then it
will number the pages 1-30.
 
Only if each worksheet has one printed page maximum.

OP speaks of worksheets and pages.

Does each worksheet print one page or multi-pages?
