How do I archive Journal entries in Outlook?

I continue to receive "Over quota" messages. I have archived everything, and
the only folder which contains more than a few items is the Journal. How do
I archive its contents?
 
If you right click on the folder you should be able to choose Properties and
go to the AutoArchive tab to set the archiving properties.
