How do I allow Pop Ups

I've unchecked the pop-up blocker on the IE privacy tab but still the pop-ups
are blocked

installed?

No i've just using XP firewall

No i've just using XP firewall

That has nothing to do with you running a third party pop-up blocker.
A firewall and a pop-up blocker are separate products.

Go into Add/Remove Programs control panel and go through the list - anything
in there?

That has nothing to do with you running a third party pop-up blocker.
