How do I aim my FP2003 at my website. I cannot get to lot on.

My server without notice announced "We no longer offer FP extensions" .. so
after a month, I told the server I would be seeking a server who DID in fact
offer FP2003 extensions ... suddenly I got a message, "We've already
transferd your account to the server with FP support" I received a temporary
address which seemed EXACT to my present address. How can I aim my FP to
the new site address? Is it now going to be "numbers" such as 75.126.153.164
??? Or original website URL??? Please explain in layman's terms. Thank
you to anyone who understands my question.

If your host has transferred the site, and updated the DNS, you need
only wait for the changes to propagate and then publish as normal.
Propagation of DNS takes between seconds and days, depending on the
servers involved - if you can browse to the website, you can publish to
it.
