remote website properties

How come I cannot connect to my webserver using FP2003?

When I go into Remote Website Properties (when in FP) and try to connect to
the server, I get the message:
"Unable to open http://<my ip address here> Please make sure the proxy
settings are set correctly. Possible causes are: 1. No FP Extensions
installed. 2. Webserver is out of service. 3. Proxy server settings are
incorrect. 4. error at webserver."

First, FP extensions are installed on the server. Second, webserver is
running and fine. Third, don't have a proxy server.

Don't use the IP address, use the URL.
