You need to adjust the projector. There will be controls some where on it
to accomplish this. You need to read the manual for the projector or
download a copy from BenQ's web site. It may be as simple as pushing a
button (auto adjust or something similar if present) on the top of the
projector to using the controls in the projector's menu to set it. Looks
like you need to do some research and testing to get what you need.
One other thing. If you have any movies in the presentation, make sure you
project them all the way through using the fixed projector. Some laptops
won't display movies on both the projector and the laptop's screen. To
quick fix that, you need to place the laptop's video output to the projector
only. I'm only telling you this since you say that "top notch presentation"
is essential and you don't want to get caught with a non-projecting movie.
