How do I adjust the color of a photo in the background?

I've selected a photo from my file that's an orange/yellow. When I click on
apply, the image shows up blue. How did that happen?

Where are you selecting/inserting the photo?

What template are you using?
 
What is the name of the template used in your presentation? You should see the
name of the template at the very bottom of your screen, in the middle.
