How do I adjust mailing address location on an envelope?

when I try to address an envelope the mailing address appears near the upper
margin near where the stamp is placed. I use size 10 envelopes. Regardless
of how I try to feed the envelope to my HP Photosmart 2610, the mailing
address appears in the same spot. I use Microsoft Word 2003 Basic edition.
This problem began recently. Before, I had no such problem.

You may like to download the envelope sample templates from the downloads
page of my web site which have the addresses correctly placed, and copy the
Envelope Address and Return styles to your template - or use them as they
are.
