How do I add new color schemes for Windows XP?

Okay, so I would like a different color scheme to the 3 choices available,
olive green, silver and default blue. Are their any others available for
download or is there a way to customise the schemes already included with XP?
I'm not interested in any wacky themes, I just want more color options than
the 3 available.
