I have heard that the reason MS only put three color schemes is they ran out
of time. I heard there are more out there now. I don't what to have to
install a third party theme app. I am not even loading the theme services.

Well, go to MS or your local Best Buy, Software store and buy XP Plus!, but to be honest, it isn't worth the money ($29.99) you would pay for it.

schemes under the appearance tab. I have xp plus loaded there aren't
anymore color schemes with xp plus still olive, blue and silver.

Used to really like this one, but now they have gone to crap with
trying to get you to install Gain on every single link you click on at
the site. Makes for a very annoying trip through their site when you
are constantly having to say no to the pop up asking if you want Gain
