How do I add my boss's "Folder List" to my "Folder List" for easy.

First, I'm using Outlook 2003. MIS just gave me a new computer within the
last week. On my old system, I was able to access my boss's Folder List via
my Folder List... I was looking at 2 email accounts 24/7. I know about Open
Other User's Folder... but that's a pain to keep bouncing back and forth...
we figured this option out about a year ago, and nobody can remember how we
did it. Help?

Also... does anybody know how to send email out from their computer on
behalf of someone else WITHOUT that "Sent on behalf of" banner across the
top? I send stuff out all the time for my boss, but he HATES that banner,
which means I have to go to his office a million times a day to work from his
computer. Help?

If you are using Microsoft Exchange Server, you can go to
Tools>Email Accounts>View or change...>Change(MS Ex.
Server)>More Settings Button>Advanced Tab>Add you boss'
mailbox. (You will need to have your IT guys give you
permissions to his box via Active Directory)

As for the send as your boss... In a New Message, click
the drop down arrow on the Options button on the top
toolbar and choose "From". You should now see the From
line in your header area. Choose your boss' email account
from the list.
