How to substitute my boss's name in an email "FROM" box

I need to know how to send an email on behalf of my boss so that his name
will appear in the FROM box instead of mine. How do I do that?

assuming exchange server, you need send as permission - the admin needs to
set this permission on the server for you. the boss can give you delegate
permission instead, but it'll go out as 'on behalf of'.
