Hi Jill,

I'm sorry you are having difficulties. Stress and pressure often make small
aggravations more aggravating.

The easiest solution may be to use Windows Media Player to Rip the songs
from the CD and insert the WMV files instead of using the CD during a
presentation. Obviously, you will need to investigate the copyright rules
that apply in your area.

You can use Windows media Play to copy the CD track to an audio file on your
computer. Insert the CD and one of the options on the pop-up is Rip to file
using Windows Media Player. Select this. If your CD's do not display this
pop-up, start WMP manually and select the Rip option. The details will vary
from that point depending on the version of WMP you have installed.
However, once this step is completed, locate the two audio files you want
inserted into your presentation and move these files to the same directory
as the PPT file (PowerPoint presentation file). Then use the Insert =>
Sounds and movies ... => Sounds from file method to insert the sounds.

This should fix your problem and keep the presentation portable. Just
remember to always move the audio files with the presentation file.
