How do I add menu bars to link bars in FrontPage

For example, my home page features a link bar containing a label "Industries"
- I want my user to click on this link and see a sub menu that might read
"Automotive", "Aerospace", "Pharmaceutical" and to be able to click on these
to be taken to the relevant page(s).

What you describe is called a DHTML Menu. All new versions of Visual Studio,
including Visual Web Developer Express, support these very nicely. Otherwise,
search Google for "DHTML Menu" Javascript and find billions available for
sale of download, or do it yourself in FP2003 after browsing:
