How do I add DNE (Deterministic Network Enchancer) to XP Pro?

Under properties of my local connections, I do have not have the item
"Deterministic Network Enhancer" in my properties. How can I add this item?

It should have been installed by your VPN client if it is required. Did you
check the knowledge base website for your VPN client? That'd be the first
place I'd check.
